We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our garden transformation products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Garden Hoses & Watering Equipment (once unwrapped from packaging)
- Hanging Baskets with live plants (Herbaceous Perennials)
- Custom-cut Decking Boards (made to your specifications)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item name and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Confirmation that the item is unused in original packaging
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- The return shipping address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with:
- The RMA number clearly visible
- A copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item

- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged item (like a cracked garden ornament or flawed decking board):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement
- In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring return
